Overview

As a Reporting & Analytics Data Partner, you translate complex business questions into actionable reporting and insights, delivering trusted people data products to support evidence-based decisions. You’ll ensure reporting services align with strategic priorities and governance standards, enabling better understanding of workforce trends and organizational performance. By boosting data literacy and self-service adoption, you help stakeholders derive meaningful actions from insight. You’ll work cross-functionally to scale and continuously improve data products and analytics capability.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance of reporting, analytics, and insight services across designated business domains
  • Manage demand and delivery within an outcome-focused service model
  • Ensure reporting products stay relevant, scalable, and aligned to priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement of dashboards and outputs
  • Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction to ensure value
  • Deliver insightful analysis across workforce topics including composition, effectiveness, experience, resourcing, reward, wellbeing, performance, capability, and diversity & inclusion
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging workforce issues from data interpretation
  • Provide forward-looking, scenario-based analysis to inform planning
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
  • Act as trusted partner to People teams and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into reporting and data product requirements
  • Influence reporting priorities through proactive engagement
  • Own and support development of dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions
  • Ensure outputs use defined metrics and standards, align to governance
  • Promote reuse of scalable reporting products and standardised approaches
  • Leverage automation, AI capabilities, and analytics techniques to improve efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort in reporting processes
  • Support predictive, diagnostic, and scenario analytics where appropriate
  • Embed modern tools and methods into reporting services
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and transparency of outputs
  • Apply validation and QA processes across products
  • Support governance standards and collaboration with data/tech teams to fix quality issues
  • Collaborate across the people data ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure consistency of metrics, definitions, and insight across services
  • Share best practice and contribute to enterprise-wide people reporting strategies
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making

  • Experience delivering reporting, analytics, and insight services in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Experience owning end-to-end reporting products and analytical solutions
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and insights
  • Experience applying data quality, governance, and assurance controls
  • Proven ability to influence decision making through insight and analysis
  • Experience supporting strategic workforce, organisational, or business planning through data and reporting
