Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for permanent roles
• Develop and maintain client relationships in renewables and clean tech
• Source, engage, and headhunt mid-to-senior level professionals
• Conduct business development: outreach, market mapping, account growth
• Qualify hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions
• Manage candidate processes from engagement to offer and placement
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers, salaries, and terms of business
• Maintain market knowledge and network through conferences and events

Key requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven client and candidate relationship management
• Permanent recruitment experience preferred
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Commercial, target-driven mindset
• Positive, professional, and resilient attitude
• Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or clean tech is advantageous
