Overview

In this FP&A role, you translate financial data into actionable insights to support budgeting and long-term planning. You’ll collaborate with the FP&A Manager and broader finance team to improve forecasting and reporting for decision making. You’ll work with data pipelines and AI-enabled analytics to enhance accuracy and speed. The position sits at the intersection of finance, data engineering, and product development, contributing to iwoca’s mission to empower thousands of SMEs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly operating model and ensure reconciliations with accounting systems
  • Refine forecasting methodology and maintain data pipelines
  • Assist in monthly Board and budget documentation
  • Identify issues in the operating model and drive improvements
  • Build datasets to enhance the operating model and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with departments to understand inputs and align forecasts with business needs
  • Ensure consistency between forecasts and business reporting
  • Produce insights with AI tools to speed and improve analysis
  • Contribute to the forecasting platform development and feature design
  • Integrate iwoca forecasting with Looker, Snowflake and NetSuite
  • Support external stakeholder reporting
