Lead Full Stack Engineer TypeScript Python API

Overview

In this role you lead data-driven initiatives at a private equity-backed portfolio, shaping technology and data strategies to unlock growth and improve operational performance. You work closely with investors, executives and portfolio companies to drive data maturity, deliver high-impact data initiatives, and embed data-driven decision making across organisations. You will assess current data capabilities, define pragmatic roadmaps, and execute modern data solutions that support post-acquisition value creation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of technology, data and business strategy.

Key requirements

• experience in data transformation, consulting, analytics or digital strategy
• proficiency in TypeScript and Python for API development
• experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and designing scalable data infrastructures
• familiarity with AI and agentic programming
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data insights into business impact
