We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Preston

Brancaster Homecare Limited is looking for a driven BDM to join our team in Preston.

The Role:

Full-time, on-site. You’ll bring in new hours across Preston, Blackpool, and Kendal, with a focus on complex care. Duties include networking, building referral partnerships, market research, presentations, and managing a pipeline of opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management (health/social care ideal)




• Strong networking and relationship-building skills




• Results-driven with a focus on winning new business and increasing hours




• Knowledge of complex care is highly advantageous




• Comfortable travelling across Preston, Blackpool, and Kendal
