Client Affairs Financial Advisor

Suffolk County Council is seeking a Client Affairs Officer within our Financial Inclusion and Advice Service (FIAS) to support vulnerable residents in managing finances with dignity. You will assess needs, safeguard finances and enable access to services, using budgeting and debt management skills.

Based in Ipswich, this permanent, hybrid role requires compassion, organisational ability and strong communication to work with social workers, families and partner organisations to deliver outcomes
