Director of Financial Reporting & Regulatory Oversight

Tokio Marine HCC International seeks a Head of Financial Reporting to lead statutory, regulatory and financial reporting across TMHCC European entities. You will manage a team of up to 10, partner with auditors, and drive governance and control improvements in a regulated insurance environment.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, provide technical accounting leadership and support strategic finance change initiatives within a complex organisation.
