Global Head of Account Management — Growth & Retention

Metric is seeking a Global Head of Account Management to lead its account management function across an established institutional client base. This senior role will own strategy and performance for client retention, renewals and cross-sell across a global portfolio.

You will lead a global team of 15–20 Account Managers, driving revenue growth and setting standards for forecasting, client coverage and performance across regions. Strong leadership and multi-product experience are essential.
