Strategic Broker Oversight & Governance Lead

Vermelo is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Broker Oversight to lead the broker oversight and assurance programme, driving governance, risk management and strong customer outcomes. The role collaborates with brokers, distribution partners and senior stakeholders to identify issues, provide challenge, and deliver sustainable improvements.

You will own oversight reviews, coordinate onsite activities where needed, and produce high‑quality governance reporting with executive insight.
