Overview
In this role you drive professional services bookings by selling Smartsheet’s PS offerings to accelerate customer adoption of the platform. You will act as a sales overlay across Enterprise teams in the EMEA region, managing end-to-end services opportunities and collaborating with account executives on combined software and services deals. You’ll shape territory plans, forecast bookings, and guide scoping and proposals with cross-functional delivery teams. The role offers impact at scale through AI-enabled work management, shaping services strategy and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end services opportunities and bookings across aligned territories
- Forecast monthly and quarterly PS bookings with accuracy
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Clari, including MEDDIC fields and next steps
- Develop outbound pipelines to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Oversee technical scoping with Solutions Engineers/Solutions Architects/Consultants
- Lead solution proposals and negotiate pricing and SOWs
- Ensure smooth transition to Delivery after sale and monitor delivery to manage risks and uncover follow-on opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on solution-based opportunities involving software licensing and services
- Build services-specific territory plans and stakeholder maps to inform broader account plans
- Represent value to multiple levels of customer organizations during proposals
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience with 3M+ annual services bookings quota for Enterprise customers (>5k employees)
- Proven track record closing Professional Services opportunities >100K
- Excellent verbal and written communication, needs analysis, solution positioning, and closing techniques
- Experience leading outbound services pipeline generation
- Willingness to leverage AI workflows and tooling
- SaaS domain experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% and be in London office 1–3 days/week
- BS degree or equivalent
