Overview

As a Site Manager for a growing Birmingham-based main contractor, you will lead delivery on new build industrial and warehouse projects across the Midlands. You’ll manage on-site execution, coordinate across teams, and ensure safety and quality within steel-framed schemes. The role offers Midlands-wide site travel and opportunities to influence project outcomes on multiple schemes. A strong performance history and favourable attitude to regional delivery will help you shape efficient construction programs.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 50,000 – 55,000 + package

Responsibilities

• lead on-site delivery of new build industrial/warehouse projects
• manage project programs, safety, quality, and coordination
• travel between project sites within the Midlands and commute to Birmingham
• supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring site discipline and progress
• liaise with client, design, and commercial teams to resolve issues
• ensure compliance with health, safety and environment requirements

Key requirements

• experience as Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
• track record on new build industrial/warehouse projects
• steel frame experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• able to commute to Birmingham and travel within the Midlands
• willingness to work across the Midlands
