Overview
In this role you will drive commercial success on new build residential projects for a leading housebuilder. You will work from Milton Keynes and have autonomy to manage project delivery within a strong multi-site developer context. The position emphasizes robust commercial awareness, cost control, and proactive project oversight to support vibrant community-focused developments. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact value, quality, and delivery scales across diverse housing schemes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of new build residential projects
- Maintain cost control and commercial governance
- Deliver projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Support the delivery of residential schemes from initiation to handover
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project value
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification (ideally)
- Strong track record with a reputable housebuilder
- Experience on new build residential projects essential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent all-round commercial skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
