In this role you will lead a 15 million project to deliver three industrial units, coordinating on-site activities and safety. You will work within a growing contractor that values dynamic leadership and client relationships, contributing to fast-paced industrial builds. You’ll shape site execution, resolve challenges, and drive progress to meet project milestones. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution and coordination for a 15m new build project with 3 industrial units
• Manage safety, quality, and program to meet milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain on site
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication and reporting
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification (ideally)
• Extensive experience with a reputable main contractor
• Experience on new build industrial and commercial projects
• Proven track record on fast-paced projects
• Steel frame experience
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
