Public Health Nurse – Children & Families (Part-Time)

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the Health Visiting Team, delivering preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Wiltshire. The role involves working under SCPHN supervision to deliver the Healthy Programme across home and community settings.

This is a part-time position (22.5 hours, term time only) with opportunities to contribute to safeguarding, public health and early intervention initiatives within the Wiltshire Health Visiting Service.
