You’ll participate in an induction and development program, then contribute to cross-functional analyses that guide business decisions and cost management. Responsibilities

• Join one of four finance-focused teams for a year-long placement
• Conduct analysis to support business decisions and cost management
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and financial reporting within your team
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Retail, and Head Office functions
• Contribute to evaluating proposed initiatives and their impact on performance
• Support financial integrity and compliance through standard processes

Key requirements

• Studying a degree in any discipline
• Placement sandwich/3rd-year university program requiring 1 year in industry
• Good communication skills and the ability to influence decisions
