Step 3 CBT Team Leader – Hybrid, BABCP Accredited

Pulse Healthcare is recruiting for a Step 3 CBT Team Leader to guide a Talking Therapies service. The role combines managing your own high-intensity caseload with inspiring a team to deliver evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy in a person-centred model.

Essential is supervising therapists; BABCP accreditation is required. The post is full-time with a hybrid pattern (3 days in service, 2 days from home) and supervision responsibilities in a supportive environment.
