BMS Service Engineer

In this role you will service, commission, and troubleshoot BMS and related control systems across commercial and industrial sites. Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and fault-finding on BMS and related control systems
• Commission new BMS systems and upgrades per client specs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building systems on-site and remotely
• Provide technical support to clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate service records and report issues to management
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, standards, and company policies

Key requirements

• Proven experience in BMS service, commissioning, or installation
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar)
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)
• Must have the right to work in the UK
