AI/ML Governance – Strategy – Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you will help shape AI/ML governance for the Commercial & Investment Bank, partnering with analytics, architecture, and control teams. You will design executive governance dashboards, rollout processes, and training to ensure compliant AI/ML and GenAI usage. You will support stakeholders across the organization to understand and apply governance requirements and help drive the strategic tooling roadmap. This position places you at the forefront of responsible AI initiatives within a global bank and offers impact across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build governance dashboards and executive reporting for AI/ML governance
• Roll out governance processes by updating documentation and materials
• Provide hands-on support to stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance
• Monitor governance and control compliance and coordinate remediation
• Collaborate with AI/ML Data Science, Architecture & Engineering, and Data SMEs to identify process improvements
• Define and implement strategic roadmap for firmwide and CIB governance tooling

Key requirements

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Alteryx
• Demonstrated ability to interact with management and stakeholders to support business goals
• Prior experience in AI/ML and GenAI delivery in financial services
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
