CRM Business Designer

Overview

As a Visual Designer in Wise’s CRM team, you shape visually compelling email campaigns for business customers and personal audiences. You will create on-brand, high-impact templates, collaborate with designers and copywriters, and help scale CRM design to support a growing global user base. You’ll test design effectiveness through A/B experiments and contribute to the CRM Design System, delivering responsive experiences across devices and email clients. This role combines creativity with measurable CRM performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling email templates aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Create and implement responsive email layouts and supporting multimedia elements
• Present work clearly to demonstrate design rationale and impact
• Propose A/B testing ideas to measure design-driven CRM metrics
• Contribute to the CRM Design System and scale design capabilities for the growing team
• Design campaigns for business customers (SMEs/sole traders) and personal customers
• Ensure consistency across languages and multiple email clients
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
• Leverage analytics to balance data and creativity in design decisions

Key requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• CRM experience essential
• Previous B2B experience
• Strong portfolio of high-impact emails with typography, layout, art direction, and technical email skills
• Proficient in Figma
• Knowledge of email software (Stripo, Braze)
• Experience designing in multiple languages
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
• Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting
