Overview
In this role you will combine advisory and hands-on configuration to help customers embed Nexthink into their operations, delivering measurable value and guiding adoption. You’ll lead cross-functional discussions to design outcome-driven use cases and ensure successful project delivery. You work closely with customers to translate business needs into technical designs, optimize workflows, and maintain trusted advisor status. This position sits at the intersection of consultancy and technical implementation, shaping how clients realize impact at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead recurring sessions to identify and prioritize outcome-driven use cases aligned to business objectives.
- Drive consultative conversations to define issues and remediation options with Nexthink products.
- Translate business requirements into structured solution designs considering processes and stakeholders.
- Guide embedding Nexthink into service management and cross-functional workflows.
- Enable customer adoption while maintaining trusted advisory status and progressing milestones.
- Implement, configure, and operate Nexthink products per best practices and approved designs.
- Develop dashboards, investigations, alerts, campaigns, and automation workflows.
- Support integrations using scripting and API-based approaches.
- Analyze endpoint/operational data to generate insights and improve use-case effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot challenges with structured problem solving.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, designs, and activities.
- Lead technical engagements and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Enhance skills and resolve issues using structured problem-solving tools.
- Communicate clearly across platforms and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with service processes, including scheduling, reporting, and timesheets.
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of consulting or advisory experience in a customer-facing services role (technology, SaaS, or similar).
- Ability to translate business issues into structured technical solutions and drive consultative conversations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and visualize data for actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.
