In this role you will join OC&C in London as an Associate Consultant, tackling a range of strategy projects for clients across sectors. You will learn rapidly through hands-on project work, training, and coaching from Partners, contributing to high-quality client answers. The role emphasizes an uncommon-sense approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration within small teams. Responsibilities

• Support project teams on multiple strategy engagements, deploying structured analysis to inform client recommendations
• Collaborate in small teams to develop clear, actionable client answers
• Participate in on-the-job coaching from Partners and senior team
• Contribute to problem structuring, data interpretation, and presenting findings
• Engage across diverse sectors and client challenges to accelerate learning
• Support effort to maintain client-focused, high-quality deliverables
