Senior Civil Engineer -Buildings

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a growing multi-disciplinary team on diverse projects
• Design infrastructure for drainage, highways, and earthworks
• Develop schemes from concept through detailed design and coordinate projects
• Mentor and support junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to work-winning activities, manage project finances, and prepare fee proposals
• Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and authorities to secure project delivery

Key requirements

• BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering with design office experience
• Experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle (concept to detailed design)
• Knowledge of Section 104, 278, and 38 adoption procedures and UK planning procedures
• Strong AutoCAD skills with experience in Civil 3D, PDS, Site3D, AutoTrack, MicroDrainage, FLOW, or InfoDrainage
• Experience working with residential developers
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated team player with good people skills
