Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a Band 3 Children’s Community Support Worker for permanent nights (with some day shifts) and flexible hours across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

You’ll provide care to children with life‑limiting conditions in the family’s home, work with Community Children’s Nurses, and join a supportive NHS team with access to NHS Pension Scheme and generous leave.
