Learning & Development Coordinator

Overview

Join Squarepoint’s global Recruiting & Talent Development team as Learning & Development Coordinator to elevate the firm’s L&D program worldwide. You will coordinate training logistics, support program delivery, and keep offerings up-to-date across platforms. You’ll analyze data to inform initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape training across departments and drive the growth of the L&D function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule firm-wide training sessions, internal and external, with all related logistics
• Support the smooth execution of L&D programs across the firm
• Keep current L&D offerings updated on shared platforms
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data to support L&D initiatives and decision-making
• Leverage AI tools to enhance the delivery of L&D projects
• Assist with the nomination process for training programs and maintain trackers
• Provide insights from prior experience to develop training programs
• Support full lifecycle of training initiatives from proficiency surveys to delivery and feedback collection
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand departmental needs and support continued development of the L&D function
• Assist with ad-hoc L&D requests

Key requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• L&D experience at a hedge fund or similar investment management firm preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teammates globally
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and other relevant software
• Readiness to hit the ground running and contribute to growth through project completion
