Talent Acquisition Specialist (London)

Overview

As a Talent Specialist at Fresha, you will drive global talent acquisition in a fast-growing tech platform. You’ll partner with the Talent team and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across technical and commercial roles. You’ll own parts of the recruitment process, from proactive sourcing to candidate assessment and interview coordination across time zones. You’ll contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, helping Fresha scale its global teams. This role offers hands-on impact from day one in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner end-to-end across functions with hiring managers to run seamless recruiting processes
• Proactive sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates globally
• Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate fit against role and culture
• Coordinate interviews and logistics across time zones while maintaining ATS data integrity
• Drive talent initiatives including employer branding and recruitment events

Key requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house roles
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and engage high-quality candidates
• Experience managing complex scheduling, global stakeholders, and ATS platforms
• High ownership, proactive mindset, calm under pressure, continuous-improvement ethos
