Proposal Manager – Europe

Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal lifecycle for Europe and beyond, partnering with Sales and cross-functional experts to craft compelling responses. You ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and maintain a polished, compliant narrative. You will lead alignment calls, guide assignments, and manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment. This is a chance to influence outcomes for customers and contribute to Veeva’s mission in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Project manage RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission using enterprise tools
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses
• Lead internal alignment calls to clarify customer needs, scope, and differentiators
• Draft response deliverables, manage workflows, and perform quality checks for accuracy and compliance
• Handle multiple proposals and related team projects while meeting deadlines

Key requirements

• Strong written and oral English communication
• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI responses in a fast-paced B2B environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• International business experience and ownership mindset, able to support global operations across time zones
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Word Styles, expert proofreading and editing skills
