Field Collections Agent: Outdoor Role + Car Allowance

Orbit is recruiting a Field Collections Agent in Liverpool to meet customers at their homes and discuss repayment options. You will provide empathetic guidance, set up plans, and help recover arrears while protecting customer relations.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a vehicle, and comfortable outdoor, face-to-face work. Expect 40 hours weekly, flexible shifts, and uncapped monthly bonuses; full induction and ongoing training are provided.
