Aerospace Configuration Lead – Change & CMS

Safran Seats is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead and maintain the CMS, ensuring traceability and governance across product and program configurations. You will align CMS with group processes, QMS, information systems, and regulatory standards.

You will lead the engineering change control process, support Windchill PLM deployment, and drive standardisation of configuration management practices throughout the lifecycle. Strong CM experience in aerospace is essential.
