Television Licensing Field Officer (Flexible Hours)

Capita TV Licensing is seeking a Field Officer to support customers across the Fife/Edinburgh/Lothian areas. You’ll visit homes, discuss TV licence needs, and help customers take the next steps with full training and strong benefits.

You will start and end routes from home, using a company car or your own vehicle. Responsibilities include visiting addresses, explaining licensing options, setting up payment plans, and recording outcomes on mobile devices.
