School Space is seeking a School Operations Manager to oversee Community Connectors, Leaders and Coordinators across London. You will ensure high service levels, line manage teams, and coordinate events while working a hybrid schedule with in-office days.

You will lead training, support on-ground staff, and balance workload to deliver excellent customer experiences for partner schools and community groups.
