Technical Director, Housing Development – Wales

Bellway Homes in Cardiff is seeking a Technical Director to lead the Technical and Commercial functions across a live development portfolio, ensuring technical viability, compliance and commercial soundness from inception through to completion.

You will work closely with Land, Construction and senior divisional colleagues, provide technical leadership, manage external consultants and drive cost‑effective solutions while developing the team and reporting progress to the Managing Director.
