Overview
In this role you join the Residential Lettings Team at Knight Frank to support property managers and oversee a small portfolio. You will help prepare properties for new tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure accurate records and smooth tenant communication. The position offers learning opportunities from experienced colleagues in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will contribute to delivering excellent landlord and tenant service, while supporting compliance and property administration. This role provides a clear path to develop as a Property Manager within a leading real estate firm.

Responsibilities
- Perform pre-tenancy works to ready properties for new tenants
- Resolve issues from check-in reports to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance
- Coordinate and document property visits and observations
- Oversee routine and reactive maintenance tasks promptly
- Process and manage contractor and supplier invoices with accurate documentation
- Maintain records of property details, landlord instructions, and tenancy clauses in the CRM
- Complete end-of-tenancy procedures in the CRM
- Organise and archive essential documents for compliance
- Foster relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing queries and facilitating communication
- Distribute incoming post within the department
- Review check-out reports, agree deductions with landlords, and negotiate with tenants
- Be responsible for TDS claims and update TDS records
- Update utility providers on responsibility for payments at tenancy start/end
- Book check-outs and share check-out reports with relevant parties
