In-House Legal Counsel – Structured Finance & Derivatives

Beacon Legal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in the United Kingdom. The role covers structured finance, derivatives and wider commercial work, offering close interaction with senior stakeholders and practical, business-focused legal advice in a fast-moving environment.

You will draft and negotiate a range of agreements, support financing transactions, advise on ISDA documentation, and help develop processes and templates as the business expands.
