Are you an experienced LCV Technician / Light Vehicle Technician looking for a stable role with a genuinely family-run business?

We’re recruiting for a well-established Automotive Dealership in the Eastbourne Area where the majority of the workshop team have been with the company for 10+ years. Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are at the heart of the business.

The Package

• Competitive basic salary, depending om skills and expereince
• £800–£900 Workshop Bonus on good months, with up to£200 VHC bonus on work sold
• Monday–Friday only, 8:15am–4:45pm
• IMI & EV training
• Level 2 Technicians supported through Level 3

What They’re Looking For

• LCV / Vehicle Technician experience
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
• Good mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Pride in your workmanship
• Someone who wants to develop and become part of a long-standing team
