Fraud Operations Leader

Zopa Bank is seeking a Fraud Team Leader to run the fraud investigations and recovery team within the Fraud Operations Tribe. You’ll manage specialists, leverage data to drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple products.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, promoting continuous improvement and the safe use of AI within the team. Hybrid role with office presence in London and flexible remote options.
