Site Trainer: Induction & Compliance for Food Manufacturing

2 Sisters Food Group is a leading poultry processing company seeking a Site Trainer for the West Bromwich – Amber Site B. The role focuses on delivering inductions, maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and customer standards.

The position runs 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, with a pay rate of £13.93 per hour. Training staff and continuity of on-site learning are central to the role.
