Early Years Practitioners

Overview

In this role you support children aged 3 months to 4 years in a home-from-home setting, supporting their development and learning journeys. You’ll set up daily activities, meet basic needs, and document progress in online journals. This position sits within a family-run group that values staff development and high-quality early years care. You will contribute to a warm, child-centered environment while growing your professional skills.

Key requirements

• Level 3 or above in Early Years
• Paediatric first aid (or willing to complete within 3 months)
