Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead large-scale business transformation initiatives, driving the roadmap and vision for key enterprise capabilities. You will partner across Engineering, Data, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver AI-enabled, automated experiences that improve productivity and customer outcomes. You’ll shape strategies, manage trade-offs, and coach teams to raise product management standards. This role centers on turning complex challenges into scalable solutions that support ASOS’s growth and transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy and roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives
  • Drive simplification of complex processes to reduce friction and manual effort
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business outcomes into scalable product solutions
  • Shape how AI, automation and agentic experiences enhance productivity and decision-making
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across functions
  • Lead discovery to understand challenges, needs, constraints, and opportunities
  • Prioritize across multiple workstreams to focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Create narratives to align teams around a shared vision and support organizational change
  • Raise standards by coaching others and promoting evidence-based product practice

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex business, platform, or operational transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record of simplifying processes and translating challenges into scalable product capabilities
  • Comfortable across strategic and technical domains with adaptable communication
  • Experience with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, or large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how capabilities drive growth, profitability, and resilience
  • Experience with marketplace/partner/fulfillment/multi-channel models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align senior leaders
  • Ability to use data and evidence to inform decisions and measure impact
