Lead Children’s Home Manager (4-bed) – Doncaster

Dove Adolescent Services seeks a Children’s Home Registered Manager for a brand-new 4-bed home in Doncaster. The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with accountability for day-to-day management, safeguarding, leadership of care staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes for young people.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with policies, and liaise with external agencies to support residents as they transition into adulthood. Salary up to £64,280 with bonuses included.
