Product Delivery Director – Cloud Foundational Services

Overview

As Product Delivery Director in Cloud Foundational Services, you shape the end-to-end delivery of cloud-enabled products, guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to customer value. You partner with Enterprise Technology and business lines to promote secure, compliant cloud capabilities and a streamlined developer experience. You drive efficiencies, coordinate release and deployment strategies, and monitor performance to ensure continuous value delivery. This role offers scale, impact on cloud adoption, and a leadership opportunity to transform product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end product delivery journey, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting
• Ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain visibility over timelines and dependencies, manage blockers, secure resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and partners
• Manage, coach and mentor the product delivery team on best practices in resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques

Key requirements

• Significant experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Strong understanding of delivery and track record of continuous improvement
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Effective communication and team-building skills
• Understanding of Public Cloud Providers (AWS required)
