Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will implement and maintain advanced security controls, assess risks, and lead complex incident response efforts. You will act as the SME for the cyber security team, guiding BAU activities, monitoring, and escalation. You will collaborate across functions to strengthen the organization’s security posture and ensure regulatory alignment. Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of security alerts/events using SIEM and enhance detection capability
• Lead analysis of logs and network data to identify potential security incidents
• Perform and supervise comprehensive analysis to detect and respond to advanced threats
• Implement and oversee corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Develop processes to prevent recurring incidents and address root causes

Key requirements

• Relevant cyber security or IT experience
• Experience in metric reporting and KPI/SLA management
• Experience with firewalls, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Cherwell, ServiceNow, and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder collaboration
