Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate organisation-wide cyber risk management, shaping policy and risk frameworks to protect information and critical systems. You will advise stakeholders on risk, support risk-based decision-making, and improve risk processes within Home Office Digital. You join a team of cyber professionals committed to reducing exposure to cyber-attacks across government services. The role offers hybrid working options, with a minimum 60% time in the office.

Responsibilities
- Develop risk management policy and ensure alignment with regulations and government policies
- Embed risk management systems and frameworks across the business and communicate with stakeholders
- Conduct cyber security risk and threat assessments under governance structures
- Communicate risk assessment outcomes to enable security-driven decision making
- Provide security advice to risk or service owners and contribute to reports
- Deliver risk-oriented training and develop training materials for stakeholders
