Overview

As Manager, you will shape and deliver EY’s Grants Management solution within Government & Infrastructure Risk. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to design grant programs, build operating models, and implement controls across the fund lifecycle. You’ll lead workstreams, foster client relationships, and contribute to practice growth. Responsibilities

• Design and develop grant programs and operating models, covering governance, data, and process controls
• Map end‑to‑end fund lifecycle processes and identify risks to implement robust controls
• Lead workstreams or engagements with focus on quality, timing, and commercial performance
• Oversee the operation and ongoing control frameworks for grant programs across the lifecycle
• Monitor performance through MI and reporting, identify risks and drive continuous improvement
• Build deep client relationships and support business development through proposals and thought leadership
• Mentor and develop diverse, high‑performing teams and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives
• Ensure engagements meet EY quality and regulatory expectations and manage risk, scope, and profitability

Key requirements

• Relevant consulting or industry experience in a professional services or multinational environment
• Experience delivering complex public sector grant and funding programmes
• Experience in business development and relationship management

• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Leadership and coaching of junior staff
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and sound judgment
• Understanding of public sector funding programmes
• Experience with risk, controls, process and governance frameworks
