Contracts Manager | Londonderry County Borough, Derry City and Strabane | £65,000 per annum | Full time

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager in Northern Ireland, overseeing structural steel, purlins, and cladding projects.

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Thursday), 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Friday)

Location: Northern Ireland

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate structural steel projects
• Oversee five projects at once
• Handle project packages of 50 tonnes per week
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in structural steelwork and purlins
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of cladding (Desirable)

Working Pattern:

Split approximately 50% site and 50% office. Around 75% of the work is based in Northern Ireland, with the remainder in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland.
