Teaching Assistant

• To promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
• To assist in creating and maintaining a calm and purposeful environment.
• To be able to lead a structured small group activity and promote safe and fun learning within the school.
• To work with a named child with an EHCP when necessary and offer appropriate support.
• To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children within the school.Who has experience of working with children and has Maths and English at GCSE level., A dedicated and supportive team
