Specialist Complex Care Assistant – Home-based

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 1-2-1 care in clients’ own homes in Middleton. The role includes managing complex health needs with support for tracheostomy, ventilation and PEG feeding, following detailed care plans.

You will work either solo or in a two-person team on double-up packages, maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and the care team.
