Business Development Representative

Position: Business Development Representative

Luxeholdinggroup is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a rapidly growing company in the luxury goods industry, we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to our success and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industries
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress to the management team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
