Therapeutic SEND Learning Support Assistant

The Education Network Birmingham is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a permanent, full-time role at a specialist SEND school in Atherstone. 37.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year, salary £20,000–£25,000 actual per year.

You will support pupils with SEND, working with teachers, therapists and a wider multidisciplinary team to enable learning and progress. You will help pupils access learning, build independence and work toward EHCP outcomes, in a calm, nurturing environment.
