Senior Nurse Practitioner — Hospital at Home Lead

NHS Lothian invites applications for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within Highbank Intermediate Care and Hospital at Home. You will contribute to assessing, supporting and making treatment decisions for patients temporarily resident within Highbank.

This 36-hour-per-week post is a fixed-term contract for one year. It offers leadership within a caring, multidisciplinary team and the chance to influence patient care pathways in our community hospital setting.
