Deputy Event Ops Lead – Large-Scale Festival

Mari is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to lead on-site operations for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. You will work across the Event Operations Management Team, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent visitor experience throughout the seven-week event period.

You will coordinate with the ECC, production, security and welfare partners, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in operational delivery across all zones. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.
